From the immediate response from Sue in the office, to the quick appointment to get an estimate, and then my kitchen and stairwell were being painted 2 weeks later just in time for the holidays! There was so much repair work on our walls in the kitchen, and they did an amazing job! My kitchen looks brand new. Everyone was so professional and friendly and on time. We had Dennis Moffitt Painting repair our ceiling in our great room, they smoothed/replastered/painted our ceiling and it looks wonderful. They also patched holes in the walls and repainted the walls and we are very pleased with the outcome. Office staff coordinated and communicated well and the work crew showed up on time consistently and put in a good day's work everyday, and were responsive to our requests. The crew was neat, clean, and pleasant, and they cleaned-up after themselves and also helped with furniture moving. This was like a military operation. well organized from the start to the finish. The estimator went over the project thoroughly and indicated the cost and start time. The lead painter, David, went over the project prior to starting. The painters were most professional in all respects. A supervisor came to ensure the project was progressing and meeting the requirements. Once the project was completed, the lead painter went over the job with me to ensure all the requirements were met and that I was happy with the work. The job site was left very clean. Dennis Moffitt Painting came highly recommended and lived up to its reputation. We live out of state and were looking to have our condo painted while we were away. The staff worked with us to determine a mutually convenient schedule. An employee working on our unit contacted us when he began to work, sent us photos of the progress and let us know when they were finished (with more photos). The work was of high quality, the left over paint was clearly identified and our unit was left as clean as we had left it.

The DMP Team, including Cathy, Mario & Gus, could not have been more helpful w/ stain color choices. Mario & crew were prompt, friendly, professional, hard working, & cleaned up each day. The communication throughout the process was always helpful, prompt & courteous. This was, especially, important to us as we were not always present on site. We were confident that the work would be completed w/ proper preparation & quality materials used both outside & inside, & we were not disappointed. It is obvious they want the customer to be pleased w/ the outcome of the project, & the DMP Team takes the time & effort to make that happen. They use a team approach that is very effective. We couldn't be happier with the company and the results. I was a little hesitant about having my kitchen cabinets spray painted in my kitchen but the detail that went into preparing the area and the clean up was incredible and the cabinets look brand new.
