New to painting? No problem, here at DMP we will train you on all the skills you will need to grow your career as a painter. Just bring a good attitude, good work ethic and an eagerness to learn.


As an Apprentice 2, you've had some hands-on experience and will continue to develop jobsite and customer service skills to advance your trade.


As a Painter 1, you will have a growing skill set and increasing responsibility. Knowledge of jobsite processes and jobsite safety.


A Painter 2 has strong painting skills and is a dedicated team member with strong knowledge of safety procedures and customer service.

Advanced Painter

As an Advanced Painter, you have industry knowledge and a robust skill set. You will efficiently lead jobs with strong customer service skills, and assist in training newer painters.


Our lead painters possess all painting skills and are our team leaders. They are responsible for job management, mentoring their team, and upholding DMP’s Core Values.
