Sometimes painting is strictly for practical purposes, and sometimes it’s strictly for aesthetic purposes. Other times, it’s for a little bit of both.
This was the case when we were asked to repaint the Ocean State Pickleball complex in Narragansett. It was time for a whole new look, offering a blend of practical property care AND a fun update.
Let’s take a closer look first at the exterior transformation, then we’ll give you a quick tour of the interior. And, last but not least, we’ll show you a recap video that includes a pretty drastic transformation from Mike and Sarah too.
We Started with Prep...
Pressure washing was a crucial first step, allowing us to deep clean the surfaces and create a clean substrate for that new paint to grip onto. As we like to say, preparation is 80% of a great paint job!
Then a Full Exterior Repaint
After carefully masking the area, we laid down a fresh coat of blue. No more sun-fade, and no more wear and tear. Style and surface protection definitely need to work in tandem here. Almost looks like we color-matched the sky too, doesn’t it?
This Interior Repaint was a “Smash Hit”
Keeping that fresh look rolling, we updated the interior as well. Careful planning, coordination, and efficiency were all key. This is where our experience as a Rhode Island commercial painting company really shines.
Ready for Service!
As promised, here’s a peek at Mike and Sarah’s own drastic update during the painting project. Just like the facility itself, they came ready for a vintage skating experience, and by the end were rocking that modern pickleball aesthetic.
