Initial Contact: When you make the important decision to contact DMP for help with an upcoming painting project, you can expect to speak directly with one of our customer service professionals who will be able to help answer any initial questions.

Initial Meeting: An essential part of the process, this initial meeting gives us a chance to review the project, answer questions, and develop a Scope of Work. We also try to offer an upfront price that hits within 10% of the contracted price during this initial meeting.

Written Proposal: If you decide to move forward with DMP, we will provide a detailed contract that addresses items discussed in your initial meeting, and which will include a set price for the work to be performed.

Booking DMP, Color Consultation, Confirmation and Pre-Job Walk: Once the contract is signed, we can mark the project on the calendar and set up a consultation with our color and design experts. We will ensure consistent communication with you throughout the contracted project, including check-ins about two weeks before the start date to answer any final questions and to schedule a pre-job walk through.

Opening Day: You’ll be introduced to the crew and be kept up-to-date throughout the contracted project. Our office team will also just be a phone call away to answer any questions.

Final Walk-Through & Payment: As the job winds to completion, our foreman will meet with you to address concerns that you might have and to review the end of the project. Once you are 100% satisfied, we request 100% payment within 7 days. After we receive payment, a 2-year warranty will be issued.
