Commercial and residential painting projects may be different in a few fundamental ways, but there are definitely some similarities as well. Our commercial clients, just like homeowners, have a specific vision for their space, a “why” behind the project, and need a painting company that can deliver the experience they’re looking for.
In this case, we were asked to complete interior painting and carpentry work for a busy car dealership in two phases.
Phase 1 involved painting their Service Department and replacing rotted/damaged plywood wall panels. The goal was to create a brighter, safer, more upbeat environment: fresh paint trumps bare concrete every time.

Phase 2 included fresh paint and carpentry work for the front office and showroom. Let’s take a closer look!
Painting and carpentry services: boosting office style and morale
Here’s a quick look at our client’s top goals for this project:
- Boost morale. They may be easy to take for granted, but the colors in your workplace have a tremendous impact on the way your team feels. And the way your customers feel too, for that matter. Color psychology factors heavily into marketing plans and strategies, curating very specific emotions, levels of energy, focus, etc. Our client wanted to brighten up the showroom and offices, making it a more inviting and upbeat place all around.
- Branding. Speaking of corporate colors… We were asked to roll brand-specific colors into the new palette, keeping the messaging and aesthetic on point.
- Carpentry. Our carpentry team actually built out the internal office space, including adding a lockable office door for extra security. Yes, we offer a lot more than just paint!
Creative troubleshooting to save our client money
We’re here to not just execute the project, but to collaborate with you and make it a success. Originally, we were asked to paint the office ceiling tiles, but after pricing out the options we realized that we could actually save our client time and money by replacing them. But first we refreshed the support grid with a coat of paint, then installed the new ceiling tiles to complete the look.
Commercial painting success from every angle
We came. We saw. We transformed.
Be sure to check out the photos for a closer look at how it all came together. It’s so much brighter, more inviting, and very brand-centric.
