| Ken
Jackson. Ken is one of our
senior foremen, better known as
Mr. J, he is a master craftsman.
He spends hours planning and sequencing
so that each job runs smoothly,
completed on time and sure to
be a long lasting beautiful project.
Ken has led some of our largest
projects including restorations,
both interior and exterior, of
homes from the 1800s as
well as new multi-million dollar
homes. |
|
 |
| Emilio
Verdin. Emilio is our other
senior foreman, is a second generation
woodworker turned painter. Emilio
is a very talented painter and
exceptional leader which makes
him one of our customers
favorite foreman. (some of our
repeat customers actually request
him!) Emilio has led some of our
larger commercial projects and
a countless number of our medium
to large residential projects. |

| Beth
Czepiel. Beth is our most
artistic foreman with a tremendous
knowledge of products and skills.
Beth graduated from the University
of Massachusetts, Amherst with
a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Her experiences
in decorative painting and faux
finishing has allowed her to work
for Walt Disney, Universal Studios,
several television networks, as
well as the Huntington, Wang and
Schubert Theatres in Boston. Her
strengths in fine finishes and
interior painting also transitions
excellent to exterior painting
due to her attention to detail. |

 |
| Jamie
Dominguez. Jamie comes to
us with a background in construction
of new homes. Jamie was responsible
for the painting of new large
custom homes for a builder/developer.
His experience gives him a tremendous
knowledge of building products
and process which helps
him evaluate where problems can
begin to develop on existing homes.
We see a long bright future for
Jamie here at DMP. |

 |
| Ron
Ellis. Ron is one of our newest
foremen, ironically with some
of the most experience. Ron worked
for a large commercial and industrial
painting contractor for years
before concentrating on carpentry,
stressing finish carpentry. His
skills have given him an excellent
understanding of wood, what happens
to it and why. This along with
his attention to detail that only
a finish carpenter has will be
imperative in providing you a
beautiful AND long lasting job.
